The twins absolutely love playing tball! I must admit, I was a little nervous about Pierce because he tends to be a bit more on the reserved side of things most of the time. He likes to observe, take things in, then make his decision of whether or not to participate. Much to my surprise, he's jumped right in! He absolutely adores his coach so he will do pretty much anything Coach Cooper says. Now Parker, I expected to bound right in with his great outgoing spirit and he's done just that! He enjoys every aspect of playing ball; from wearing his new cleats, to the Cubbies chant at the end of every practice and game. He's also very quick to announce, "I'm okay!" after being pegged by the ball on occasion. Scott and I are having so much fun watching our babies grow up as they experiences all of these fun things that go along with being BOYS!!
We had a small birthday party for Peyton with family and just a few friends. Since our baby boy was born on 'Fat Tuesday' last year, we decided to have a Mardi Gras party with masks and beads!
